Decision Support System for a Combat Aircraft

A knowledge-based system using Multi-Sensor/Source Information Fusion techniques to combine battlefield data received by a combat aircraft pilot from on-board and off-board sensors and from ground via data links. Supports automatic target recognition, threat detection, battlefield situation awareness, and mission prioritisation.

Target Signature Modeling

Mathematical modelling and simulation for generation of thermal profiles of airborne targets detected by the infra-red sensor of a combat aircraft. 3-D thermal profiles created in dynamic scenarios with variable background configurations. Implemented for a combat aircraft simulator.

A 3-D air combat scenario simulation depicting Laser Warning System functionalities and analysing its effectiveness across all possible configurations.
